Arrival Time
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time by 10 minutes, it will not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Changing Your Appointment
24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in the cases of contagious illness. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved to continue to book other services with SS SkinStudio.
Sickness or Family Emergency
If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
Forms
You will be asked to sign forms of consent and health history. The information you provide will be kept confidential and your information will not be sold. These records are mandatory for my liability insurance. Please fill them out as thoroughly as possible.
Skin & Patch Tests
You may be asked to have a skin/patch test 24 hours prior to your appointment depending on the treatment. This is for your safety and my liability. I will do my best to make this as convenient for you as possible.

Treatments and Services are NOT refundable. Should you and I decide that the service did not meet your needs, within reason, you may be offered an opportunity for me to rectify your claim. OR a credit may be applied to your account for a future service.
All products SOLD are NOT returnable once opened. If you purchase a product that is “drop shipped” from a third party, that company’s return policy is enforceable. Please contact me directly to work through a return with the manufacturer.
Some services require a deposit. If you cancel your service within the timeframe of our cancellation policy, that deposit will be used for your next appointment.
